you have been given the choice to enter one anime/manga world of your choseing, were would you go?. a few restrictions when going to said world are as follows;
1. you can only be as strong as any other HUMAN can be in said world.(IE. you can only be as strong a krillin in DBZ if you went to that world.)
2. you go with what ever you have currently in our world.


Mine would be Zero no Tsukaima because ive got a pretty good understanding of science and in that world that would make me pretty powerfull and well all the girls there are lookers........dont judge me.

Pokemon man. Pokemon. Come on! An entire civilization that values people of any age going out into the wilderness and enslaving monsters and forcing them to do battle with other monsters as an actual career would be one freaking fun time. Not to mention all the new lands to explore, and stuff to do. I might actually put in my resume for Team Rocket or Plasma..or hell....make my own evil organization!

Or I might actually become a researcher of sorts and search all across the freaking place to answer questions like, How do the Pokemon who are clearly carnivores eat? Do they actually eat other Pokemon? Cause that would be awesome!

Trust me man, you put me in Kanto and I would be like a little kid during Christmas 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I really don't know why anyone would choose any option other than Pokemon. That world is, in the most literal sense imaginable, heaven. A charming place, filled with delightful creatures. I know people like to come in and ironically read a sense of darkness into it (what with the whole capturing animals and forcing them to fight based economy) but that's because they're cynical people who have lost their sense of childish wonder. The pokemon and humans in the show clearly love each other and are having fun and meaningful experiences, and it's always those people who are exceptions to that rule (IE their Pokemon actually are enslaved, and don't want to do what they say) that are the bad guys.

But I wouldn't even really want to be a trainer (IE: someone who does nothing but running around battling). That whole world... every single job is so delightful. It all revolves around pokemon, and you could just go through your day to day life with your adorable best friend. It's such a charmed world too. Have you ever seen a homeless person in Pokemon? Nope. Not once. Or if you did, they do it by choice, and just wander around exploring the world, again, with their adorable friend. That life would be so charming and perfect. Why would anyone pick anything else? There is no other appropriate answer.

Yokahama Kaidashi Kikou. Why? Because it's already post-apocalyptic, so people already have had plenty of practise. You can pass the time by enjoying the beautiful, mysterious landscapes and drinking coffee that has been made by cute androids.

I probably take the safer route (sure Shonen or Mech series are cool and all but people still get killed in it unless you believed you're the important character!) and enter Shirokuma Cafe!
That way I can drink tea and relax and conversed with Panda, Penguin and Shirokuma kun (Polar Bear before you asked) and aswell the other talking animials in that universe.

Any shounen-fighting anime would probably be cool and stuff but I wonder how long it'd take before it all got old.

My choice would be something like "Working!!" where I could eat at Wagneria every day and get a laugh, or "School Rumble" where hilarity seems to be hiding around every corner. Even "Gintama" would be awesome considering how people in that anime still live in feudal Japan, yet still have access to pretty much all the modern luxury they want. (The fact that everyone in that world pretty much knows that they're living in an anime is awesome as well).

does Disgaea count? Technically it is a videogame but follows all of the anime rules.

And hell, humans get treated pretty well amongst demons and angels. And so long as you are bat-sh#$ insane you are actually pretty powerful.

Although now that i think about it....disgaea was an anime.
