World of Warcraft help

With Cataclysm around the corner, I am considering renewing my WoW subscription. I still consider myself a noob. The one thing that always got to me was that I didn't know what to do once I maxed my level. I had no form of guidance other than my cousin constantly saying I suck at World of Warcraft. I have really enjoyed WoW, and find myself coming back to it again, even after putting it down before. All I ask is for some advice on what to do once I reach 80, or 85 after Cata'.

Note: I haven't played for about 4 months so I haven't seen any of the new talent changes etc.

Dungons, raids, achvements, Battlegrounds, raids on capital city's (got to love that). Im just staring a undead hunter myself (mains a blood elf mage) so i dont know too much about the class, but yeh since the patch a lot of fun fun things have poped up. I really like the new starting zones for each race.

I love getting into the mechanics of all the classes. I love learning and mastering dungeons - I love playing and following quest chains.

10 slots = 10 classes. I plan on maxing every class in the game with all gear at 5 man heroic level and all professions maxed. When that is done - I will cancel WoW and consider the game beat.

Raiding IMO is a second job. Did it at 60 and 70 and will never do it again.

Umm no offense but asking a question like "What am I to do in an MMO" Is rather, How to put this, Mentally defunct. There are enough possiblities you just got to do them!

Dungeons, Heroic Dungeons, Raids, work on your profs. Although, a lot of that ends up becoming boring ridiculously fast. So I am with the folks that suggested creating a new toon and leveling that one up.
