Ima gonna go with Fable 2, for some reason it always screws me over, I get no sound and Im always lagging, even though Ive got the best connection Ive ever had.
Worse game to play online, from a gameplay standpoint.

In all seriousness, it depends what you constitute as gameplay. I'd say Starcraft if you're skilled at it because it ends up damaging your body if you do it correctly for an extended period of time.
Guitar Hero III online is horrible on Wii since there's hardly any games, and a game like that with lag is just a bad idea.
