Bleach- DBZ with swords essentially (watch all of season 1)
Naruto- Follows that bland, unimaginative DBZ formula again (watched 20 episodes and got sick of it really quickly, learning my mistake from watching post-Freeza DBZ)
One Piece- Seriously how can something so juvenile have such a huge following!?
Death Note- Absolutely overrated, with the creator himself admitting that fans read too much into it... there's nothing remarkable about it other than the artwork (in some instances). (watched almost the entire series out of boredom, expecting it to improve toward the middle).
DBZ- I use to watch this show religiously, but everything after the Namek saga gets redundant and ridiculously out of hand when it comes to power levels. Every saga is literally 50-60 episodes, 40 episodes of filler, inner monologues, comic relief, and warrior banter being exchanged between every major action sequence and the rest being the final battle and "everyone gets wished back to life" while Goku disappears into the afterlife or whatever to continue fighting and training for no particular reason.
It's essentially a dicking contest between our heroes and the villain(s) to see who can scream the loudest.
Gundam Wing- I loved the show for the longest time, but after rewatching the DVDs of the entire show,I'm shocked at how unsophisticated it is than I recall. The themes are pretty standard when it comes to Japanese samurai-esque dialogue about war, and pretty childish when you watch it as an adult.
D.N Angel- All I have to say it...wtf kawaii desu fangirls? Why do you like this so much??
Gravitation- Annoying and completely does a disservice to an already bizarre genre.
