I gotta go with the extremely overrated Naruto.

It feels like a whole bunch of badly developed characters not acting like ninjas. The action is crappy the story is crappy and the animation is OK at best.

Edit: By the way count the "best" version of the anime you select. Crappy Dub Job does not constitute an anime being bad.

In before Bleach and Naruto .

If anyone mentions Hellsing or Elfen Lied, I'm gonna crack some heads.
And the worst anime I've seen, was easily Lucky Star.
Easily. And I watched a lot of shit in my time.

Granted that most anime's nowadays are pure crap, but Lucky Star was a special kind of retarded show-thing.

Also, honourable mention to FullMetalAlchemist. Overrated and uninteresting.
The Hellsing 13 episodes series (considering it wasn't canon) and Elfen Lied, because I despise gratuitous violence.

I thought Lucky Star was entertaining. Although hearing 3 Japanese girls talking about various methods of eating does get grating after a bit...

I have to say that Bleach is pretty bad. I really liked the manga, but the shoddy animation and general awkwardness of the anime kills it for me.

I don't know about worst, because usually I don't actively seek out shit things to watch, and if I watch them accidentally I try to forget about it.

But most dissapointing for me has got to be Elfen Lied. It sounded interesting on paper, and maybe it is, but it was just far too fan-servicey for me to watch more than one episode.

I liked the first season of Naruto(till the extremely long! bridge battle) they were actually trying to be real ninjas-even with the whole shadow copies and crap- but boy...when giant snakes/toads/slugs started to appear and the creators making the show more about Sasuke then the actual character...it went a bit to far...it was like seeing a downgraded version of DBZ but without the fun random characters, blowing planets powers and Goku & Piccolo learning to drive...:(

My choise goes for Ghost in the Machine(think thats the name), its not bad...I just couldnt get it.

Hrm... That's tough. Possibly the American YuGiOh. The original manga was suprisingly good, though, mostly because I was so amused by the fact that the alter Yugi pretty much acts like Death: chellange someone to a game, and if they loose, they go insane and experience horrific hallucinations where Death would take their soul.

My least favorite anime was probably Hack//sign. Or whatever punctuation you use to spell that out. The characters weren't that great, the plot was twisted and I couldn't figure it out, and the ending was such a rip-off that I almost pulled my hair out. The most terrible, awful anime was probably Naruto. I agree with Jonny The Kay, because the characters don't really act like ninja. Ninjas weren't magic, they were spies, they didn't wear orange jumpsuits...the list goes on and on...

Also, I didn't enjoy Inuyasha too much. I have the sneaking suspicion that I completely ruined the spelling of that show's name, but whatever.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Why did every anime magazine have to cover this show like it was the second coming of Christ?

In contrast, my favorites are Cowboy Bebop and Berserk.

Gantz.

It was stupid, violent, and over sexed. Which is fine, it works in the manga, but the anime tried to be "deep" and "sophisticated" with it. It tried to be more than it was and failed miserably. Plus I hated the animation (though the sound track was awesome).

Prince of Tennis, although I was ipressed that someone actually made an anime about people playing tennis.

Well in all fairness the Pokemon anime is aimed squarely at kids (though I still watch it), so of course it's not going to stand up against anime like Cow-boy bebop and such.

Lucky Star was just random. I like it for that.

Bleach is the worst one I've ever seen. So much stupid stuff.

Poke'mon

I never watched Naruto because it looked stupid so I have no idea how stupid it is.
