All the world disappears except the entire human population, which is now floating through space, all 6.5 billion of them. Somehow, by a fluke of gravity, everyone has fallen into a ball, like an asteroid made of people. Everyone is panicked, desperate to get to the surface so they can breathe, to see the sun. They claw at each other, trying to get on top, and the week are crushed under a million feet.
