the dark tower. seriously.
1. read to book 7
2 read to the end of book 7
3. get told the story is over but if you want closure (which king says you shouldnt) read the epilogue
4. and this is where the reset button is. back to book one gunslinger noob! >.<
the man in black fled across the desert and the gunslinger followed (feeling a sh**load of deja vu). <-- dont skin me for misquoting that, ive forgotten most of it.

oh and watchmen. evil wins for peace YAY!
me: "...lolwut? evil man wins...to bring peace..."

fear 2. "yes! ive just killed.... AAAAGGGGHHHH! MY EYES THEY BURN!"

finally the story arc in black lagoon with the twins. i wanted to see them tear hotel moscow a new one. instead i got to see a grown woman execute children and watch one of them die slowly and painfully. yay for former communist units playing mafia. yes starstruck, this came to mind because of YOUR avatar.

...wait up now that i think about it that could be deathnote's N :/ my bad

not sure whether #1 or #4 is worse :/

Worst ending for a movie: Babylon AD.

Worst movie ive ever seen: Babylon AD.
'We were just like a family! We'll all die in New York. I'm going to bed.' Facepalm and rolleyes can't express the shame I felt watching this.

Fable 2... The main villain is killed with a single button. No battle, nothing... Just press A.
Or wait for Stephen Fry to do it for you.
I loved that bit. Almost made up for the severe anticlimax of the Quick Time Event ending.

Almost.

The ending to Fallout 3 makes no sense.

Why couldn't Fawkes punch in the damn code?
Because the plot pays no attention to whatever follower you have with you.

You might have noticed that the Brotherhood of Steel never attempted to gun down either Fawkes or Charon. (Or for that matter, YOU, if you happened to come dressed in Enclave Power Armor.)

Fallout 3

Reason: Charon's [http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Charon_(Fallout_3)] refusal to enter the control room.

I don't care the game ends at that point, but how it ends is just horrible. A ghoul, immune to radiation, brainwashed to follow every command of the person holding his contract, refuses to do what you say to force you to enter that control room.
He also refused to retrieve the GECK from its irradiated chamber. He said there that the contract states that he is to fight for you, but he isn't your errand boy.

I'm still puzzling over why I was fighting the Enclave. My reaction to dear ol' da's sacrifice was "Way to go, dumbass." Perhaps I need to play 2 to actually understand what it is that makes the Enclave 'Evil.' Or maybe I was just resentful that you get shoehorned into fighting for the Brotherhood instead of choosing.
Let's see... they're slavers, racists who deem anyone who's been exposed to radiation or FEV sub-human, and happily resort to kidnapping and killing whenever it suits them. They're also dumbasses who refused to listen to James when he said that Project Purity wasn't operational yet.

If you talked a bit to some of the Brotherhood members, you'd know that they too used be a bit corrupt, hoarding tech for only themselves and not giving a crap about the rest of the people out there. They changed, however.

Finally, the Enclave propaganda on the radio is fucking annoying. And they killed Nathan, who used to be their biggest fan.

What are you talking about? That's clearly the greatest ending ever!

Golden Sun: The Lost Age. Why? Because THERE WAS NO SEQUEL!!
This could actually win, however. Stupid thread left untied. Barring those two, I'm going to say that "Crest Of The Stars", Vol.1 of a trilogy of Manga. IT was good, and then, at the end, you suddenly realise the whole thing was just a Prologue.

Not a good move, Mangaka. That's what they're called, right? I swear it's something close to that.

KOTOR 2

Dear God...is it too much to ask for some freaking closure?!

Even a "we're making a sequel, BUY IT!" cliffhanger ending would have been better than what they gave us...

In a movie: Knowing.
The world ended and everybody's dead.
In a game:
The ending I got in GTAVI. Roman was such a huge dick; why did he have to die? He was hilarious in way that I don't think he should have been.
Mallorie could die instead. Different endings.

What he said.

Atleast he flies into a pit. Though the world doesn't like explode...
I thought it was quite good actually. I got out a blunderbuss and went crazy with it.

Resident evil 5 didn't have a good ending. What Chris says it stupid and it's such a cliche.

I clarified the ending I got. Roman was my favorite character. Either way, though, it sucks for Nico.

Cheers for that, I haven't seen Knowing and you ruined the ending for me; cheers.

And also: GTAVI would mean GTA6
You mean GTA:IV - GTA:4

So in conclusion: Don't ruin movies, and learn Roman Numerals.

I thought the ending in the Watchmen film was pretty awful.

First of all the tall blonde guy with the funny accent turns out to be the bad guy - shock horror!
Then they decide that killing millions of innocent civilians is ok because it will achieve world peace. Bollocks it will. America's top weapon runs amok and a world on the brink of nuclear war just accepts this? I suppose if it did work people would no longer be living in fear of nuclear war. Instead they would be living in fear of a god-like being that can destroy any city on the planet with a click of his fingers. Is that any better? And even then after a generation without further attacks people will forget all about it and start killing each other again.

Terrible.
It makes sense in the book but the film confused me a bit. Well, it makes very little sense but the lack of sense makes sense if... that... makes... sense...
Adrian uses a faulty teleporter he's been using to teleport a synthetic monster type thing to the middle of New York, while making a bold statement about the life, thanks to those good old lesbians. Considering the timeframe with the space race and all that, it gets reported as an alien which I guess you couldn't really doubt if you saw the horror Laurie saw. USSR would've seen that, assumed they were next and agreed to help America in a war against the rest of the universe or some such.
It's a bit out there but in context it makes perfect sense. It makes very profound statement about good and evil which gets... Hollywood-ised in the film version. Not as good but still good.

The ending to Fable 2 was a big dissapointment but i liked the way it let me recite my fave line from The Matrix, 'Dodge This'
Fallout 3s ending felt like it was rushed, the colonel from the enclave went down as easy as a raider and you dont really see enough of the chaos if you use the modified FEV virus

(Game) Wanted: Weapons of Fate
The movie wanted was great, but the game ending made me scream and shout at my computer during the Gathering 2009 because my disappointment turned into frustration.
