Well, I think that the fact that Neverwinter Nights won't get a sequel. I won't call NwN 2 a good sequel, ever, especially since the last expansion was short, the game has focused on Single Player too much and nobody plays online.

Because the game was so popular only thanks to the easy Aurora editor and a great online capability.

...I'm going to cry again.

OT: I would also have to go with disappointment. Whether someone dies, leaves you or if the world just keeps turning the opposite way you're going, it's always the disappointment that hits you the hardest.

Anyway, for me it's the lonelyness. It often gets to me, especially when I'm in bed with no distractions so I have nothing else to think about. It feels like I sink away in myself, and also as if someone is stabbing me in the stomach. It's the worst pain I know, and even though I want to cry to just let the emotions out, I can't for some reason. No matter how shit I feel, tears never come, emotion never actually reaches my outside so no one can see how I feel. I don't do that on purpose, it just happens.
