worst game ever(of the modern day)

this is an "open" quistion, it can be games that are just bad or have something that just made you stop playing or whatever

my candidate of it is too human (i cant bring myself to give reason, it hurts to much)
what do you think? (and reasons why)

Can't really think of a "bad" game I've played recently, but I do have a bit of malice towards the Madden/NCAA/Generic sports game type of game. It bothers me that they can release THE SAME BLOODY GAME year after year, only updating the stats and names. Sure, they're fun ways to pass the time, but is it really worth the 60 bucks just to be up to date? I know it's a tired argument, but its just something that bothers me.

As far as worst modern games I've played, I'd have to say either Kane & Lynch or Dead Rising.

Rise of the Argonauts. Borrowed it from a friend and tried it because my friend said it's really bad. And it is.
Other than that I'd have to say Oblivion in my opinion. It's not that the game is bad or anything, just that it's not worth the praise in my opinion (I didn't play it until last year after hearing raving reviews for years, so the graphic wasn't good at that time anymore). Repetitive environment, bad combat and bad interface. The story might be good if I can get far enough into the game but I just can't bring myself playing anymore.

Entropia Universe. I can't really say it's a bad game, it has some very good Ideas and millions of people play it. The problem I had with it was that I tried to play it without buying any in game money and it is sooo tedious. It took my about an hour to get one bottle of sweat from those beasties because everyone was chasing them around and it was hardly ever a successful attempt. When I got my bottle I went to the nearest outpost, took it to some guy who was buying and he said he wouldn't buy less that 100 bottles in one go. Just no.

Of the games I've played this gen? God of War. I just get bored of it too easily. At least its got some cool moments and scenarios.

Huh? Why is it bad, the combat's entertaining and visceral and the story seems ok.

The bad voice acting, the terrible dialog, and for some reason the visual makes my eyes bleed. I think it's the problem with anti aliasing but I've max out the setting. The part that does it for me after like 10 min into the game is where Jason (? I think that's his name) smash the guy's face and you leap into the guy's perspective. I mean who wants to see yourself getting smash in the face while pulling the trigger.

Can't remember the last time I played a truly horrible game, the again I don't buy new games often enough.

The last game I played that I felt was overhyped and bad was Fallout 3.
Even then it wasn't so horrible, I just found it very boring as to what I thought it would be.
To me it was like Oblivion with guns, however with less beautiful scenery and less fun.
The gore was nice though.
