I'm one of those people that actually enjoyed that game, but then i was 7 years old and didn't know better.

OT: The Ninja for the Sega Master system, awful graphics, terrible gameplay and a nasty little loop that if you missed something back in level 2 you'd have to go back and start that whole thing over again in the hopes that you pick it up.

Ninety-Nine Nights.

A horrible, boring, repetitive, poorly voiced, shoddy piece of goat shit right there.

Wild Arms 4,basically for taking everything that made Wild Arms awesome and turn it into generic. Now I"ll admit that had it not been billed as a Wild Arms game,I don't think I'd be half as made at it but they did and it sucks all the more for it.

Yes, somebody had to go there. As a game, it's actually not that terrible, although the gameplay is poor, the controls are atrocious and it's an obvious attempt at money-spinning. What's bad about this game is what it represented - the start of the era of atrocious movie tie-ins, and a game which contributed strongly to the near-death of the console market. Not much good can be said about a game which ended up having to be dumped in a landfill and covered over by concrete.
idk, man

I saw a documentary about the game crash and shit, and the guy who coded ET 2600 said that it was really the studio who forced him and the rest of developers with that, said that he was given 6 weeks to come up with a game from scratch

OT: I'd say SuperMan 64, but it's kinda... odd

see, a lot of people consider it to be the shittiest game ever, which is true, it really is

but back in the day, I had no standards for games, that being said, I enjoyed Superman 64

and that's what I mostly do, I always try to enjoy whatever games I play

for example, I'm having bullshit amounts of fun on X-Blades, with only 3 grasps
-Ayumi's ass is too distracting (no, I'm not gay)
-there's only one attack button, and makes massive combat pretty tedious
-the guns feel bad, they don't hurt for shit and it takes forever to kill someone

yet, I'm having a blast with it ^-^

Right now, it feels like black ops.
:/ i got hit with a massive wall of BS and had to rage quit.
Basically, i spawned in view of a dude with an M60 ((arnold sized LMG)), and he shot me. To death. I spawns me 3 feet away from where i just was. So i raise my gun, go around the corner, put my sights dead center on his chest, and pull the trigger. He eats 20 bullets, and i get 1 hit marker on him, i duck back around the corner, reload, pop back out, start firing and then because of the recoil system in the game ((where theres a % chance of your gun kicking in a certin direction)) my gun begins to randomly kick like a mule in every direction. He snaps his LMG up to eye view in less then half a second, locks his gun ((litterally, like snaps striaght to my heart)) shoots 3 rounds with absolutely no recoil, and i fall over dead. This proceeds to happen 3 more times, because apparently, even though my grenades land 3 feet away from his face, his flak jacket protects him, thus, letting him continue to camp our spawn.
Finally, after another 5 deaths from this dude, i manage to kill him ((my entire team ended up dieing because no one would help)). But because of the tactical insertion, hes able to respawn in the exact same place, and kill me as im coming across the bridge to try and destory it.

Now, my K/D is 2.0, and i dont camp. I rarely ragequit, or even rage. But it seems like BS like this happens way more oftin then it should because of faulty mechanics or lag. I go on 12-14 kills streaks every match this doesnt happen, ending up with 10+ K/Ds. But then one sh*tty match pops up and ruins my entire night.

Ok, rage over. Back to your lives people.

Historically?
ET: The Extra Terrestrial for the Atari back in the day
Superman '64

Personally?
I think Sonic 2006. Even as a hardcore Sonic fangirl, I couldn't stop myself from turning off the game and demanding my brother return it to his friend from whom he borrowed it. Even watching him play it with commentary was bad, even though it's hilarious with every other game.

This. A million times this. Look at the licence they were using... Middle Earth is such a rich fantasy world. I know there were copyright issues and they could technically only use assests that appeared the the movies or make up their own (they couldn't use characters from the books that weren't in the movies because they didn't own the rights) But that doesn't excuse the appalling graphics, gameplay and voice acting... are you honestly telling me that THIS was all they could make? The official games of the movies were better than this rubbish.

A better question is, why do they all explode when you hit just one? They do that in the Win7 edition...
shoddy workmanship/minefield layout and they were manufactured by children in china?
Yeah thats propably it...
Damn those chinese children and their lack of knowledge of explosives...
So does that mean that the chinese is behind the minefields? My conspiracy sense is tingling...
I, for some reason, now feel as if we should be forming some kind of secret underground organization to find out the truth. Find me a basement, some paranoid people, and I think we have ourselves a cause.

I wouldn't be so presumptuous as to claim to know what the worst game of all time is, and neither should anyone.

The worst game I've played is The Scorpion King: Rise of the Akkadian (GameCube)

Digimon World 4 is the worst game I have ever played. Horrible menu system, frustrating gameplay, terrible camera, ridiculously tedious and it has some of the worst loading times for any game I've ever played. I don't know what's worse. The fact that it's not fun or the fact that you can't evolve for hours, which is pretty much the only reason people ever play these games. It's like if your starter pokemon only evolved at lvl 30.

)

His question was 'what was the worst game you've played?', not 'what's the worst game of all time?'.

Too Human.

A case of a game so bad, the mark wasn't just missed - I doubt they even aimed for it at all. It's a mockery of gaming as a medium. It's just rubbish.

I'm presumptuous enough! =D

"Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing" is the worst game ever.

Alex Navarro (Reviewer) said:
Just how bad is Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing? It's as bad as your mind will allow you to comprehend. It is so disturbingly bad that even its budget price tag seems like a slap in the face. It really makes you wonder if the company that put out this dreck even took so much as a half minute to glance at the game that it was releasing. The game's readme file does assert that the game was thoroughly tested on various PCs, but the end result seems to suggest otherwise. The fact is, even if you tried, you couldn't play Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing the way it was seemingly intended to be played, and even if you could, you wouldn't want to.
Anyways, worst game I've ever played? 'Dragon Rising' (I refuse to call it OFP), it was an insult to the franchise and everyone's intelligence. Everything the game claimed to be, it wasn't. And now they're making a sequel! Madness!

Basically, what Codemasters did to OFP makes what EA did to C&C look like brilliant.
