This has been done before,
But Aquaman is by far the worst hero of them all,
Seeing asthough all he can do is talk to fish, and perform really well in water. I don't think i'd call Aquaman's name if i was being attacked or say in a burning building.

The worst hero would have to be aquaman, he talks to fish and that is all.
The worst villain is callanderman, I'm serious, look him up.
The best hero is Rorschach, just because he is so god damn awesome and his mask moves around.
The best villain is GLaDOS, she is a robot that killed her makers and she is in portal.

Seriously, why all the hate on Aquaman. He generally sticks to the water except, when he is needed for the JLA. Secondly, he has more powers than the Sub-mariner.

Cannot think of a bad villain, neither can i think of a bad hero. Although if i was going to say best hero in my book, it would be The Punisher (yes he is a hero, hes a Marvel Comics boy)

I saw him lift a mountain in the cartoon show. That's pretty epic. Plus he had a little rocket bike that he kept in his pocket. That's cool.
