Worst Luck You've Had/Seen in Games?

Well, after my 360 froze eight seconds before completing my first Silver mission in ME3's Multiplayer, making me do it again to get that challenge I just thought i'd make this little topic. Fucking Gaming Gods strike again...

Any cases of bad luck either technical (eight fucking seconds!) or in gameplay (well I swear I never saw that Banshee behind me!) are welcome.

Did I mention eight seconds? I don't believe I did.

Well I'm always getting fucked by games in various ways. Example: In FIFA 12 Ultimate Team you create a custom team and manage and play with those teams, and you can pick up injuries that you have to cure with healing cards or a set amount of matches in the reserve bench to get rid of the injury. Most people will pick up an injury once every couple of games on a bad day. I have the kind of luck that gives me an injury basically every game but one night, oh man. I knew one guy was injured because I saw the way he got tackled, but when I went to check on the team I saw not one, or two, or even three injuries, but FOUR FUCKING INJURIES!

Safe to say I wasn't happy...

Pick any of the Fails of the Week from Rooster Teeth . My worst luck? It's a mixture of bad luck and stupidity but in a Living Dead match in Reach, I spawned in the same place three times and I went the same way all three times, getting three suicides.
