Worst condition? Probably the time I was hospitalized from having a 4 inch piece of wood lodged in my chest. Most irritating? Having dysentery. While deployed to Iraq. And still pulling patrols and guard duty. All I could remember saying then was FML.

Sounds rather naff, but Asthma, as a child.
My dad was never the best father in the world so i'd have to make my own opintments, get prescriptions etc, which for a socially terrified 12 year old is a tad daunting.
It was easier to sit at home and struggle to breathe for years.
QFT (not that i had to do that myself, but can understand where your coming from, as a child/pre-teen, that is fucking terrifying as hell trying to call in and do adult like shit not knowing what your doing)

OT: Eh when i had surgery one time to fix a bunch of broken bones and remove my staff infection, they gave me shit tons of anti biotics and shit, and they had me taking a high dose of kodine, only to figure out within the next week or so that i am allergic to kodine, and everytime i took it my body felt like it was in shut down mode, that fucking sucked, i felt like i was locking up and my stomach was about to shit itself inside out.

other than that i am clear as a bird 99.99% of the year, which that .01% is either allergies to cats/dogs or the slight stuffy nose i had in the winter for 3 hours one morning.

A combination of acid reflux and allergies that led to having hives for a period of 3 months, took forever to get in to see the allergy doc and they precede to give me the hives during testing what I'm allergic too which is a rather long list, the acide reflux was due to my allergies and the meds I had been put on to relieve the itching and was pretty bad but didn't require surgery. I t took a good 5 months to find a combination of meds that kept the allergies in check and the acid reflux under controll but after about a year the acid reflux was gone, allergies still suck but I'm on my 4th year of allergy shot and only get stuffy, itchy, and horrid headaches now beats the thrice damned hives.

Well, I've had the flu so bad I thought I would die, but that's about it.

Off topic:

Wow. How am I supposed to do that?
I hate the dumbass captcha system. I swear - I got a freaking TRIDENT once. Yes. A three pronged spear looking symbol. WTF??

My worst ever was a urinary tract infection. It was horrible, you get the feeling of needing to piss constantly, and when you do squeeze it out, it fucking hurts,.
Oh jeez, I know exactly how that feels! One time I even pissed blood. >__<
Me too. I was like what the fuck?! That's not supposed to happen!

Worst thing I've had is probably kidney stone. I spent a few hours almost screaming in pain before I went to a doctor and got some drugs to ease the pains. Those drugs sure felt good.

Constipation. Dear god, the blood. I was in a bed for 2 weeks without a single proper bowel movement, and then ouch.

Luckily for me it stopped happening, but I used to have really bad seizures roughly once a month. Also I impaled my foot all the way through(I actually don't remember which one) when I was 5. Foot surgery and extensive stitches are not fun, especially for a 5 year old.

Another one for crohn's/colitis here. Right now I'm off work recovering from 6-hour surgery because it it - was a real intestinal screw-up in there apparently!

Strangely though its been 11 years since I was diagnosed and its been mainly fine, few bouts of pain - just the tiredness. Then around last xmas got a urinary tract infection, then bam... spiraled from there really quickly. Hours upon hours doubled up in pain on the bed, couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, lost a bunch of weight. Now though, a few weeks post-surgery, I'm feeling much better but second op on the way to finish things off. Must say, I'm looking forward to no longer ""*!ing out my abdomen into a stoma bag after they stitch me properly back together!

Not sure if this really counts but - I have rolled in or "flat" feet, this has caused me a lifetime of pain in my feet, ankles, knees, calves, hamstrings, drivers and even back. I have a relatively active lifestyle - I play sport and try to keep fit etc etc. But when my my ankles and knees are constantly giving out it does tend to set me back. By no means the worst, but to me the most irritating.
