I just watched untraceable. I thought the movie was good till the end. Sure it was clever to swing like that, but pinning him down like that kinda seemed silly. Not the worst movie ending, but certainelty not the best.

Tell me what he worst movie ending in your opinion.

The Italian Job. It could do one of two simple things:

1) Fall
2) Somehow miraculously survive.

But no. It HAD to finish balanced on the cliff edge. Brilliant if you're going to make a sequel, but they never bloody did

The Golden Compass. It's bad enough that they did such a poor job transfering the book to film that had Pullman been dead the sheer force of him spinning in his grave would have been enough to power a small city for several months. However the pile of creamy sperm on the stale month old cake was the fact that they decided to lop off the last few chapters of the book making it virtually impossible for any sequal to make any sense.

In short, the ending (and beginning and middle) was painful to watch. But if it contributed to a sequal being axed then i guess it was a blessing in diguise.

Oh, I thought that was the greatness of it! You never knew what that brilliant I dea of his was, and my dad and I spent a lot of time theorising the first time I ever watched it. good times.

Worst movie ending for me would have to be...Return of the King. I swear, the entire audience got so confused with all those fade to black parts when I went to see it that they didn't believe it was over until it got to the end of the credits. It went on for way too long.

I found the tentacle monster always ridiculous as hell. But whatever.

I'm with this guy. That film was a travesty. It wasn't even a good film to people who haven't read the book.

Aside from Charlie's character being likely to say "I have a plan" when he had no clue what he was going to do, the best one I've heard was that they'd run the engine until it ran out of petrol, then jump off the bus. From there they'd need to go down the hill to the twisted (but whole) frame of the bus and pull the gold into the passenger van.

I'd say the end to the second Matrix movie (or lack of one I should say).
I was like:
To be continued?
To be continued!?
IT'S BAD ENOUGH WHEN THEY PULL THIS SHIT ON TV, WHAT COULD POSSIBLY MAKE ANYONE THINK IT WOULD BE OKAY TO DO IT IN A MOVIE!?

That was just a great way to explain that. I applaud your success at making me laugh.

Since that's covered I guess I'll say The Planet of the Apes remake. In the original, Earth just totally like esploded, but in the remake, they were on Earth? I put a question mark there because the movie gives NO explanation where the fuck Earth is or if douche-taco Mark Wahlberg goes back to Earth or what.

Life, the protagonist always dies.

Ahem, on a more serious note, it would have to... erm...
[sub]How many movies have I watched? One, two, three... twelve.[/sub]
Out of those it would have to be Eragon but the movie was awful in general.
