Yes every song I hear Mini-Blagojavitch there sing is the most bland crap. I'm not saying the kid has no talent; I have no idea. But the songs they give him sound like they ran them out of a computer program that is designed to create a song based on the most popular pop music from the past 10 years. Just very uninteresting.

I like every kind of music but I remember this German industrial band my mom used to listen to in the 80s that was just plain awful. Einsturtze Neunbaum or something like that. It was like the soundtrack to inFamous on crack. Imagine decepticons raping home appliances in Tom Waits' garage; that's what it sounded like.

Metallica is a great band. Why?

a)The singer sings well.
b)The riffs are awesome and upredictable not to mention fast as hell.
c)The drums are most of the time fast and provide a good beat through-out the song.
d)The music is deep and original.(Especially some of their old songs, post-Kill em All is OK too)
e)The band members as individual musicians are good technically compared to most other metal bands. (They sound like guitar masters compared to most other metal bands).
f)Did I mention that the temp of the songs is fast?

I can growl and yes I can hear the blast beats, double kicks, and the complexity of the guitar.

I used to play in a "Death Metal" band. I was actually the lead "singer".
Again, I personally don't think it's singing or complex. Listening to stuff like this live is just noise. Not complexity.
