worst pain/injury

i broke my arm yesterday at the skate park and i thought that since ive now got 4 weeks of time to kill before the cast comes off i may as well start with a vaguely related thread.

A broken arm is the worst injury ive ever had but its not the worst pain ive ever had, i wont say the worst pain ive ever had cus you might think im a wierdo (not because of the circumstances but because i told you, its not really something you'd talk about on a forum)

So what is the worst pain/injury youve ever experienced?

The worst injury I've received was a broken arm. I also almost gouged my eye out when I was 8 months old. Not sure of the worst pain I've ever felt though.

riding my bike down a road falling off of it breaking my ankle an sliding down the hill causling my shoulder to go raw with gravel embedded in it.

Torn anterior cuciate ligament. Cartilage in shreds. Believe me, it's very fucking painful.

I got stabbed on accident once, friend was holding a kitchen knife while making breakfast, and he slipped and accidentally knifed me in the side.

Worst pain I ever felt was when my appendix became inflamed, which is a precursor to it bursting. All I could do was roll back and forth groaning. Not to mention how scary it was because I had no idea what was happening to me.

Worst injury, probably a tie between neararly slicing my left index finger off and breaking my left ankle.

Worst pain was when I dislocated my left knee while snowboarding, It was the first time in years I damn near cried from physical pain. God that day sucked.

Let's go with my sprained leg when I fell off the top bunk as a kid. That's not the correct answer, but it's definitely the simplest one.

Worst injury: Shattered my forearm trying to start to learn to skateboard, landed arm straight palm down and snapped the bones in 2 sending my wrist up into my arm, and the rest of my forearm towards my hand. Arm looked like it was in a S shape.

Worst pain: had ingrown toenails for 7 years and finally decided to have the toenail removed. Had it done at the local GP who injected my foot to numb it... only after nearly 3 times the normal dose it still hadn't kicked in. So since he couldn't risk anymore he had to prize my toenail off while I still had most of the feeling in my toe. Course the nerve killer kicked in 3 hours later at home and caused me to nearly fall flat on my face as I tried to walk across the room. Not sure if it was as bad as some on here, but I know why it was used as a torture technique in Medieval times ^^

Nope, no serious pain or injury here. Although I have a low pain threshold and I'm accident-prone, so I constantly knock my shins and toes and they hurt like hell, but it doesn't even bruise....

I'm pretty glad I've never been badly hurt, I'd be crying my eyes out and screaming...

I'm gonna have to be crude here, sorry. The other day my friend's cat put its claw straight through my shorts, boxers, and foreskin. All the way. THAT was the worst pain I have ever received.
