So I was in a ton of pain recently because I'm stupid. Let me explain
1. I am lactate intolerant
2. I had 2 bowls of cereal with whole milk before bed
I woke up 7 hours later in so much pain I could only lay on the floor and scream. I seriously thought about calling 911 but then realized an ambulance is exspensive (and totally forgetting the government pays for my health insurance because I'm suppossedly disabled).

The greatest medicine ever. I took twice the normal dose and was fine 30 minutes later. Still though the pain I felt while laying on the floor screaming like a ***** was massive. Basically milk causes the production of gas and since I slept during the digestion it was in a place where I couldn't get it out. It built up enough pressure to cause pure agony.

So what was the worst pain you've been in?

I thnk you get the picture (My junks been hit more often then a hooker's naughty parts)

EDIT: I'd like to change my answer.

I got a steroid shot to my spine about 6 months ago. It was, hands down, the most painful experience in my life. From my lower back to the tips of my left toes, it felt like everything had a ton of bricks laying on it.

And the worst thing was, that nothing i could do could change it. It wasn't like other pain I've felt, where moving at least had SOME effect (Good or bad). it was just pain, both ingrained in my flesh, and yet somehow beyond it as well.

it was just bad.

I got a Charlie Horse a month or two back.

Imagine the muscles in your leg tightening up, randomly, so hard you cannot move your leg.

Now you can imagine that will hurt. Quite a fucking lot, in fact, all I could do was lay on the ground and scream for two minutes.

I get these really bad cramps which according to my doctor is caused by either potassium deficiency or the fact that my bones are growing just a little faster than my muscles.

This occasionally causes the muscle to stretch beyond it's limit and not relax. It hurts like hell but I know it's not the worst pain in the world.

Even worse is when I get one in each of my legs in the middle of the night. Waking up once in pain is bad enough, but twice in the same night is just obnoxious.

Years ago I had a series of intense stabbing pains in my stomach, it got to the point where I got wheeled off into an ambulance. Turns out I was developing gallstones in my, well... gallbladder.
Got it removed, but that pain was probably the worst I've felt.

I did slice my foot open last summer, but truthfully beyond the original cut, after I swore lke a sailor, it didn't hurt that much.

Having my hand set on fire. It's a story I don't really like to talk about, but suffice to say I was screaming more than I ever have before.

Reminds me of the time my friend sprayed this computer duster (really freakin cold compressed air) up his shorts. He was on the floor in under 2 seconds screaming.

- Had blood poisioning in my foot, they had to cut out a fairly large piece
- Slipped while riding my bike, my leg got stuck, bike dragged my bare leg over the paved road
- Got thrown out of a mosh pit, right into broken glass
- Stick thrown against the back of my head
- Rock thrown against my forehead
- Stepped into a pretty wide spike

... Damn you, bad luck!

Probably when I had pneumonia (least I think it was pneumonia, I was very young and honestly it's hard to remember, though I am almost 100% certain). I was lucky to get through that one.

Other than that, hockey pucks hitting my jewels (gotta love goaltending), skate blades cutting me up, and accidentally stabbing myself a few times throughout my life has also been unpleasant.

But hell, that's nothing. So I am not complaining.

Exterior Pain: Twisting my ankle in the stairs without a side guard, falling 8 feet to the ground below, and landing on that same ankle sideways. Was a week and a half before I could walk without a crutch, and a full month before I could walk without a limp.

Interior Pain: Sis told me you can substitute milk with margarine for Kraft Dinner. It works but it's more fatty so it's not a good idea to do it so much. Well, I was making Lipton Sidekicks and saw I was out of milk. I reached for the margarine. I literally felt my arteries clog and my body was shattered in pain with every beat of my heart, and my heartrate rose from panic once I realized what was going on. Luckily, I survived the ordeal and will never do this again. But... IT WAS SOOOO GOOOD!

Edit: I mean the noodles were good. I'm not a masochist.

I haven't lived long enough to experiance any real pain, but the worst so far has been having a wagon full of fat kids crush my arm for 5 minutes, spranging my arm after the kid of some unrealted family(who always shows up at family gatherings for some reason) decided to push it over at a group camping event. IT SUCKED and i couldn't move my arm without pain so i walked like C-3PO for a month. I think i was 9.

I had a horrific migraine a few years back. I was literally rolling around on the floor because of it, and then had to spend two weeks off recovering from the flu. I seem to avoid most physical injuries, however, so I like to count myself lucky in that regard :)

My cat decided to jump on my back, claws way out there, sharp as swords, while I was wearing socks on a very smooth tile floor. Needless to say, I fell and cracked my head on the cabinets. I was unconscious for about 3 hours.

Ouch....

Probably the time a "friend" of a friend kneed me in the junk because I was talking too much. She was kind of a *****.

Second place goes to that one time I somehow got a cramp in both legs at the same time while on the top bunk, fell out and landed wrong. That was a bad day.

During a football game, I planted my right leg to make a quick turn. Heard a pop as my ACL snapped completely in half. Needed surgery to make an entirely new one out of my hamstring.

The pain was unbelievable.

I was shot in the kneecap with a handgun during a store robbery.
It turned out to be a pretty shitty day.

Either that, or breaking my fibula and tibia, having one of them shoot through the skin, while at the same time having a dislocated ankle.
That was also a pretty shitty experience.

My appendix exploded after a week of being inflamed, they thought I was constipated and gave me laxitives, Waited in the waiting room of the ER for 13 hours, they found ecolie in my system, messed up shots and gave me pure pottasium which caused seizures, had a urinal cathiter, it got removed while I was awake, then had to be put back in while I was awake, then taken out again (I'm a dude so it hurt twice as bad) NG tube (through your nose to your stomach), 8 shots a night (most had to be redone because of blown veins), and 2 weeks in the hospital. A week after I was released I had an absess and needed to be cut back open while I was awake, and the incision was left open for two months to allow it to drain.
I would like my award for most pain.

[spoiler/] Somtimes period pain can get REALLY bad, its the worse becuase somtimes it just dosnt go away for ageis and I can end up pretty much incapacitated, other than that Ive never broken my arm or anything[/spoiler]
