Worst Pain You've Ever Been In?

What's the worst pain you've ever been in? Or rather, what's the most memorable pain you've ever had?

I'm asking cos I'm in a bit of pain today; I have toothache, a headache, and a sore/stiff back from where I had a lumbar puncture this morning. It's like the world's worst hangover without the fun part!

getting my wisdom teeth out and having the pain killers run out just after the operation was done and then not getting good pain killers for it

I broke my pinky toe pretty bad playing football a few years ago. I couldn't walk properly for about 5 months.

Pain from my Crohn's Disease before I knew that's what I had. All I could do was lie on the couch.

About 1/3 of the way I think...

That or when I had to walk on the swollen foot from said Nail, so I could climb a ladder and hand my brother a hammer.
I also had a raging headache from the pain of my foot. Painful, vomit inducing headaches/Migraines run in my family, more or less.

Broke my finger once, and the pain medication gave me a wicked headache. So when it wore off my head was pounding and my hand was throbbing. Not fun.

I have Trigeminal Neuralgia so that. Not so much a memory though unfortunately.

I dislocated my ankle, broke multiple bones in my leg, some of which pierced the skin.
I also had a few cracked ribs with that injury.

I finished a fight in a karate lesson with all the toes on one of my feet broken. I broke them during the fight, and refused to give up till I won. Then I screamed the place down as I broke bones further up my foot trying to walk to the car.

mmmmm pain last kidney stone i had lasted 4 or 5 hours at peak pain and had me sweating bullets and hyperventalating stupid me was too damn stubborn to let myself pass out, had other stones but that one was the worst by a few magnatudes and the others were no picnic.

good thing about stones is they only last half a day or night and then fade pretty fast it just getting thru that half day and getting it thru from your kidney to bladder is bloody murder.

Had an ingrown nail on my big toe for half a year, then getting half of my toe(exaggerating)sliced of by a surgeon. The area was filled with numbing agent. But that went away in about 30 minutes. Stayed home for a week. Not the worst pain i imagine, but then again, I am pretty pain resilient and I've never broken a bone.

Getting stabbed

seriously, there is no pain that compares that that shit, especially if you get stabbed with something that isnt sharp, but still punctures.

Worst pain I can remember ever being in is when I broke my arm, and then having to endure a bumpy car ride to the hospital.

Getting stabbed

Now i just wanna know the back-story to that.

I can't really say it on here - The basic gist is that I had an operation. I was young and afterwards it was easily the most painful thing I have ever experienced and chances are it will be for a long time yet.

For me, it was when I broke my tailbone and almost my hand when skiing, and I got a pretty bad headache
How? I got clotheslined by a snow machine while I was going almost highway speeds down a hill.

I'd have to say there is no worse pain imaginable than a migraine. I've bust my head open, stabbed myself through the foot, had a tooth pulled, fell down a cliff, got sunburnt *there*, kicked in the crotch, smashed in the head with a steel bar, got chilli juice in my eyes, dislocated my shoulder but when looking hurts then "ho boy".

Skin graphs. They took the skin from my thigh and that hurt unbelievably. On a cool note, when I'd stand up all the blood would rush to my leg turning the area a deep purple
