No, it gets worse... You are forcefully fed, either by IV drip or some form of enforced feeding program that doesn't involve humans (a machine that forces your mouth open and pours the liquid food down your throat, for example). That way, you're not even allowed to starve to death and are thus forced to sit there forever till your body rots away, liturally...Master Steeds said:

Getting shot, specifically anywhere in your torso. Getting shot hurts bad enough, but nothing says a painful death like choking on that flaming piece of fucking metal that crashed into your lungs.
Another painful way to die is falling and landing on something sharp. Whats painful is that there's no way to brace for it. You just slam full force on it. Ouch...
Another painful way to die is anything that involved your testicles. Seriously, that should be against the rules of everything. The genitals are off limits!
