YES! THANK YOU! I never knew the name of the artist and I never bothered to look for it.Mindless said:Could it be this shitty song from Mr future? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gocmWBIEGUk?Jack Joe Tip Toe said:We just talked about the worst movies, so what about the worst songs? The worst song I've heard is this song called "Turn off The Lights" but I don't know the artist unfortunetly.
Hey man, Crazy Frog is awesome.smithy_2045 said:Two words. Crazy Frog.
The Human Body from Emancipation is fucking horrible. If you haven't heard it you shouldn't. It's him singing in a falsetto voice with a techno beat and moaning sounds. It's unbearable.San Martin said:I know you like Prince as well, so: what do you think is the worst Prince song? Graffiti Bridge maybe, because it sounds like a bad Disney soundtrack?Jack Joe Tip Toe said:We just talked about the worst movies, so what about the worst songs? You know, I actually looked this group up to make sure that this song isn't actually a parody band. But alas, they are being serious. At least I found one of my favorite quotes about them. "British comic book writer Warren Ellis considered Brokencyde's 'FreaXXX' music video 'a near-perfect snapshot of everything that?s shit about this point in the culture'"shrekfan246 said:Nelly Furtado, perhaps? Only artist I know with a song titled that, at least.
As for myself, I've heard plenty of songs I don't like and plenty I think are just bad, but what I think takes the cake is and always will be "Freaxxx" by BrokeNCYDE.
Even though I am one of those people that likes Boards of Canada, I do agree that a good sum of their style is basically psycodelic-esque noise... and the only songs I really like from them usually involve some sort of a music-ish melody incorporating somewhere in the overall song... like in this song, for example: (The guitar portions always get me every time... I love love love that...)Gabanuka said:My personal choice is anything by Boards of Canada. I do... It helps me remember which types of songs I can tolerate if I was ever forced to listen to them in the future... It's like mental training for your music ear.*Angie7F said:I dont even know why I bother checking the videos posted on this thread. lol
I HATE YOU.Gabanuka said:xmbts said:The best worst song.

I know everyones tastes are different so I will give that to you but I worked at a concert hall for a few years and saw thousands of performers and Michael Buble easily is the best live performer I have ever seen.Red X said:Anything by Michael Buble, i swear he's the whitest "Jazz" singer i've ever heard every song he sings is the dryest mess i've ever heard no style, no passion, uh!
I know you said song but like I said, any song he sings is bad. XD
While we are on the subject of bowie. I have to mention his wonderfully shit collaboration with mick jagger - dancing in the street. Proof that two positives can sometimes make a negativeSan Martin said:The first that comes to mind is "Love Shack", which is just repugnant.
Also, "The Laughing Gnome" by David Bowie. Almost everything Bowie did in the following decade was awesome, but this first song he released, novelty though it may be, is terrible.
I have to agree mate florence is amazing not only is she gorgeous (in a weird way) but her voice is beautiful toolacktheknack said:She's not tone-deaf in the slightest...Red X said:geez, i thought i was the only person that didn't care for her tone death wailingrandomrob1968 said:tried listening to Florence and the Machine. I find it fascinating that it's mostly people on THIS site that mistake "loud and brash" for "tone-deaf" or "screechy". Mostly from metalheads, too, which confuses me even harder.
Florence + the Machine is extremely divisive. Either you adore them, or you LOATHE them.shootthebandit said:I have to agree mate florence is amazing not only is she gorgeous (in a weird way) but her voice is beautiful toolacktheknack said:She's not tone-deaf in the slightest...Red X said:geez, i thought i was the only person that didn't care for her tone death wailingrandomrob1968 said:tried listening to Florence and the Machine. I'm sorry for calling you out, and I don't mean to sound hostile, but I just have to ask. Are you implying that Brokencyde does not use autotune? Because that's how I interpreted your sentence, as you replied to a post containing a song by said artist / group that is basically completely comprised of autotune bullshit.BathorysGraveland2 said:Hahaha, I came into this thread just to mention this terrible, terrible travesty of a song. BrokenCYDE is terrible as well, but at least they don't have that shitty, SHITTY(!) autotune. That is their one and only tiny little positive.shrekfan246 said:
Yep, that about covers it.
