My beloved S.T.A.L.K.E.R games can be a bit buggy at times. Call of Pripyat is pretty damn solid overall, but still. It would be cliche of me to say that the worst part of that game/games for me is the fact that they eventually end... heh

God Hand:
Damn! I've got no idea. The only thing I can think of is that it's really really difficult, but that makes it really fun as well. Still, there are times when I'm playing on Hard and I stop playing because I know I'm feeling too tired/scatterbrained to stand up to what lies ahead. Kind of like when I'm playing a stealth game and know I'm not feeling patient enough to deal with the current challenges.

Persona 4:
Teddie's voice, especially before finishing Rise's stage.
Also, when starting a new game, there's the time it takes for the game to let you off the leash so you can make your own decisions.

Thief 2:
Hunting for items in a new area, especially on Expert, where it seems I have to find every hidden item. Then there's the bug that keeps me from completing the "Courier" mission. I've had to use a cheat code a number of times to get through that one.

Witcher/ Witcher 2:
Way too many to list. Still a great game thanks to its strong points.

One Finger Death Punch:
It eventually gets pretty repetitive, and the game designer won't stop praising himself throughout the game for his originality.

Dark Souls:
The only way for me to not get slaughtered is to either 1) Stay hollowed, 2) play offline or 3) go for an elemental vitality build. Otherwise I'll get slaughtered by someone with an elemental vitality build.

Brothers: Tale of Two Sons
I had to give up my man card when I started bawling like a baby.

Mass Effect 2 and 3. I can buy thermal clips never cooling down, the fact that different guns have different amounts of spare clips available, and the fact that you can run out of ammo for one weapon and still have plenty for another despite them supposedly being a "universal" design as gameplay and story segregation, but what the fuck is up with party members refusing to wear spacesuits? I mean, exposure to vacuum isn't very good for your eyes and ears, not to mention Jack's entire upper body. The worst part is that their rationale is so stupid. "We wanted the player to be able to see NPCs' facial expressions", really. Two words: transparent. faceplate.

Pokemon X/Y: Poor postgame. Once you've become the Pokemon League Champion, there's really nothing left to do. There's one new (small) town to explore, an admittedly intriguing series of sidequests with Looker, and 2-3 legendaries. Compared to 8 new towns, 9 new legendaries, and the PWT from Black 2/White 2, it really feel like a step back. I hope the postgame for OR/AS has a lot more stuff to do.

Golden Sun: Dark Dawn; The points of no return. There are at least 3 times in that game where you're permanently blocked off from the the area you were just questing in for contrived story reasons. There were points like that in the last two games, but they weren't permanent. There are a few other problems I have with that game that, but I still enjoyed playing it.

Star Wars: The Old Republic; The Chapter 2 story quest for everyone except the Imperial Agent. The chapter one story quests for most of the classes all ended in some great Big Damn Hero moments; stopping Darth Angral, smashing Nomen Karr's plans, winning the Great Hunt, killing Skaavic by kicking him in the junk (Smuggler's Dirty Kick ability, Best Finisher Ever!). Chapter 2 just felt weak for most of the classes, it was pretty much all setup for better moments in chapter 3. The exception is the Imperial Agent's story. They had a fairly weak first chapter, but the end of chapter 1 onward is what cemented them as having the best class story in my opinion!

That annoys me too! That and the very inconsistent take on artificial gravity and sound in space. Granted, those are problems that most games (and films and books) set in space have, but still.
