For me it would be the buggy from Half-Life 2. It goes way too fast and you can't steer it for anything.
The vehicles in Borderlands steer annoyingly, then again I actually liked Mass Effect's buggy.

Oh god, this. It was by luck I actually killed anything in it.The Madman said:That one level in Crysis where you're piloting the troop transport through a series of tornado while fighting off aliens. Sounds cool, looked amazing, but the controls for that thing were some of the worst I've ever encountered in a game. Worst level by far within an otherwise superb game, absolutely horrible. Could have been so much better too!
