Worst Video Game EVER Contest

This is pretty simple. You, (The thread analyzer,) will submit a game that you feel is the worst game ever. After I've collected a bunch of games, I'll create a bracket. You (once again, the thread analyzer,) will fill out this bracket. Once I've gotten at least 50 brackets, boom! The worst video game EVAR will be declared!
NOTE: You have to have PLAYED the game to submit it. I will put E.T. and Big Rigs here, but once again, you need to play it to vote it. It's really not that hard, they're so bad, you can find them for 50 cents on Amazon or your local game retailer, or whatever.

Vampire hunter D. I don't know if there was a glitch, bad programming or something else but I couldn't leave the first room. It had two vampires, you kill them and get a blue key. There were 3 doors; red, yellow and green...

Edit: I'm adding that pirate game above, it really does look like something that tarnishes the human soul.

don't tell me I hate it because I suck at it, I hate it because it's got unintuative gameplay, unforgiving objectives, and ironically, the game moves too fast (it's a racing game, if you didn't already know).

Worst one that comes to mind? Sonic the Hedgehog (the 2006 one).
Obviously unfinished, almost as much time spent staring at a damn loading screen as was spent actually playing, and the controls for the three main hedgehogs, while pretty painful in themselves, were nothing compared to the nigh-unplayable splatterpile of some of the supporting characters. The writing wasn't exactly stellar either.
First time something other than a game's difficulty has driven me to bellow profanity at a screen.
