Honestly any Fallout game wouldn't be desirable, especially if food, water and sleep really ARE concerns, dealing with Feral Ghouls and Super Mutants in a first/third person shooter is well and good, but your own abilities come into play, and you can forget VATS mode, lets not forget radiation, crazy-ass robots, raiders, fanatical techno-supremacists and any other assortment of nasties.
An unprepared man is a dead man. None of us in our cozy little lives today would stand a great chance, only better than most since we have an idea or two of what to expect.

I disagree. I'd rather die in seconds due to lack of oxygen than having my existence prolonged, and being psychologically violated with no hope of escape like in Amnesia or something.

But also, possibly Mass Effect.

There are thousands of reapers preparing to assault the galaxy, and until we know how ME3 plays out, we don't know how much destruction they cause before they're stopped, and how much lasting damage there might be. I imagine it would be colossal.

I think I'd hate to be stuck in a cutesy 80s game universe, like Rainbow Islands or the New Zealand Story. Everythinbg's cute and shiny and brightly coloured and everything, EVERYTHING can kill you with a touch. Even the dudes and dudettes in Silent Hill have more lastability.
