Why is everyone saying the .32 pistol from Fallout 3? That thing saved my ass in The Pitt. Sure it might have been bad everywhere else, but at least it had a use somewhere, unlike the Chinese Pistol. It took me 20 minutes to take out a Raider patrol with one.

Oh and the MIRV. Spend hours looking for the Keller Family Transcripts, only to get a Fatman that wastes my ammo. Bull. Shit.

Yeah i'll take a fatman over a mirv anyday. Seeing as there are only about 40 mini-nukes in the game, i'd rather conserve them.

The Needler from the Halo series. It falls into the very small category of weapons marked: "Really cool in theory; totally useless in practice".
You just don't know how to use it.
But a single spiker is completely useless.

The pansy pistol in Gears (I know its not the name but shush)

I's pretty much pointless, even if you fire it unbelievably fast, it takes at least and entire clip to kill someone.

That one shock stick thing you have at the beginning of Star Wars Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast. In one part you're supposed to use it to coerce a reluctant imperial officer whom you've captured into opening a door which only he knows the code for. You're supposed to use it in order to get him back on the right track if he wanders off, which he will, but if you use it on him too many times he'll die. Given how far away the door is from where you find him. It would have been much easier if the weapon didn't cause any damage then it would have been less useless here but moreso in any other situation, but usually guns are available there anyway.

The Gauss rifle in Red Faction Guerrilla because it takes like 10 shots to kill a normal soldier.

worst weapon ...hmm...i want to say the characters fist in every game (apart from fighting games or mirror edge) but apart from that...hmm...weapons...the hammer in super smash bro brawl but when the actual hammer bit falls off and all your holding is the handle and you're still moving in the stupid fashion doing no damage to no one and making everyone laugh at you
