Guess I shouldn't be whining about it being too cold at 60 degrees huh? Man I love Arizona :)
Are you kidding me? It's horrible out right now, you have the right to complain. I hate Arizona.
I'm just holding out until it's 100 degrees again, mmmmm toasty :)
I was in florida when that happened once and the rubber on my new shoes started to melt :(

Got to work with no problems (Ranger Rover ftw) but not doing anything as concrete doesn't set properly at these temperatures. So I'm stuck in the cabin with a heater burning a hole in my leg and leaving the rest of me freezing.

Yeah, me and DemonicKitten just went to college and its closed because of the weather. We're now in Starbucks with "Romantic Coffee's" which are hot chocolates in disguise. (Caramel, yum)

I want to know how the other people knew it was closed and didn't bother coming to college when we're dragging ourselves there.
Yeah and now we are back home (not together sadly) my feet are cold, wet and numb through my soaked trainers. My jeans are drenched and cold and i feel like an iceicle :(
The college was closed due to power and phone lines being down, even the teacher didn't find out until an hour before class started. Now we have no idea whats happening tomorrow but i do know i have to still get to Newcastle to get some decent boots before my feet end up with Dermatitis again...which is painful and itchy and not nice, havn't had it for a few years and don't intend to have it again.

I live in the scottish highlands so the snow is really heavy here, loving it though, the mountains are epic to explore right now

Watch for the avalanches then. Seems many have had mountain problems or some form of hiking problem with the snow... Me, i just landed knee deep in my garden putting the bins out.

i like the cold , but i hate humidity ... it's easier to stay warm but when it's hot and humid staying cool is difficult ... it's minus 21 or so with the windchill , cold enough if my freezer died , i could puyt thd food outside ... as for the fridge , well the beer would be beersicles (wooblie pops ) the wine and vodka chilled and the light doesn't work after 4pm

Haven't gone outside in a while... That's about it really, not much difference from normal life.

Urgh, thanks to going out into the cold again, its started snowing, my legs are soaked and cold and my feet are now stiff, cold and numb...

Yeah this is the worst winter anyone can ask for. I want to be back in college, warm, toasty and able to get some work done. Not to mention its mostly the only way i see him.

EDIT: it is now the 7th of Jan... rather then doing another post i just decided to edit this one lol. Anyway, finally we have some sunlight and no snow. Hopefully if it stays like this, i can be in college tommorow as planned.

If it's "so 1990's" how come there are articles and reports on global warming as recent as 2008???
Super Mario was popular in the 1990s, and Nintendo still do it now.

BUT IT DOESN'T MAKE IT RIGHT!

I might have to move to where you are. Its horrible here and due to get even worse to the point where the government are now worried about it. Finally maybe now people might realise just how bad global warming really is. This is only the begining. This weather is the cause of the ice caps melting.

Things are at the perfect outdoor conditions in New York. 35 degrees, low windchill, moderate humidity. The kind of stuff you put on a jacket but don't zip up for.
