Hitler ( if you notice Germany was gaining lands when hitler still had his generals actually control the troops. but they started loosing ground when he took control away from his generals.)

and in the future Sarah Palin. Look if we voted for bush for 8 years. what says those ignorant people wont rise again and pick Palin who IMO is the female duplicate of bush jr

As far as awful leaders go, Nicolae Ceauşescu [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicolae_Ceau%C5%9Fescu] is hard to beat. The Kims of North Korea (DPRK that is) are well up there, too, but they've managed to hold onto power.
