I'm sure batman would, after all he's a ninja. The zombies would have a hard time eating there brains if they can't see them, that means nobody would startle the witch.

Most ninja tricks like poison, bows, shuriken, smoke screens, and all the fancy jazz that are good for humans suck against zombies. So they would have to be decappitating all their targets, which would probably end poorly without all the armor that samurai have to protect them. So probably not.

EDIT: Remember most zombies hunt through smell and sound.

For starters it'd be near impossible for a zombie to find a ninja, let alone bite it.
If a ninja was bitten however it would spell doom for us all, one ninja vs every other ninja inevitably results in victory for the lone ninja.
