We all know the legendary Yahtzee and how funny and true his reviews are. But would the escapist benefit from having Angry Video Game Nerd review all the older games as well as yahtzee doing the new ones?

well, considering the Angry Video Game Nerd is basically owned by Gametrailers.com, it's sort of a moot point.
Would it increase traffic to the site if SOMEHOW they were able to scoop the AVGN out of GT.com and into the escapist? yeah, maybe, but AVGN doesn't fit the tone of the escapist. Yes, there is some profanity used in some of the escapists features, but nothing to match even the tamest AVGN rant.
I think the AVGN is perfectly fine where he is.

I'm gonna say no. And I'm gonna say its a pointless question. I don't know for sure but I take it you can watch his stuff at Gametrailers.com. So if you want to, go there. Him being on the Escapist wouldn't change the style of his reviewing.
