I wouldn't really date any fictional character, but I wouldn't turn down a one night stand with Heather from Silent Hill 3. She would be too emotionally messed up and have too frightening dark powers to keep around, though :/
I'm somewhat surprised I haven't seen a flood of anime characters yet...so here's one. Rangiku Matsumoto, aside from the obvious she seems fun. Oh and I do quite like Morrigan from Dragon Age for her personality.

I gave this some thought actually since i really don't think about this alot. But I had to go with Mai Shiranui from Fatal Fury (assume Andy is completely out of the picture). I would take her to see some action fighting movie or something. Seeing as she is Japanese we would most likely go shopping, and she would want to dress me up like a doll.

Seeing as how it would be pretty difficult to explain to my friends and family who/what an Asari is and where she came from, I'm gonna just go with "no".

Liara from Mass Effect, probably. Blue space babes who barely age (if things were to continue after the date)and who have no problems with the prospect of a girl-girl-guy threesome. Actually, put Shiala (green asari from Feros) in there to and we're really getting somewhere.
I'd probably take Sophitia from Soul Calibur, there'd be the issue of her husband and children, but lets just assume they're all dead and she feels no anguish.

Dr. Leonard "Bones" McCoy - Star Trek (reboot). Jazz club. Bourbon. His place. ^_^
Riku from KHII. He'd teach me how to use a keyblade and we'd go fight some Heartless. Ah, the bonding!
Tarrant Hightopp - Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. We'd have tea. He'd make me a nice new hat and teach me to futterwacken.
The Phantom - The Phantom of the Opera. He'd teach me to sing better... and for free.
