"Remember the time when you were being lowered into the fire pit, and I was all like:
Code:
"Goodbye"
and you were like:
"No way."
and then I was like:
Code:
"We pretended we were going to murder you."
That was great."

"I'm h... a.. p.. p y
Ness.
It hurts,
Ness."

Ahh Giygas, my favorite nightmare fuel. Granted you need the erratic music and the twisted swirling vortex of evil all around you in order to get the full effect, that quote in particular always tended to stick with me.

"Did you hear that?"
"It's just the wind..."
"Oh yeah? Since when did the wind whisper "Hostiles..." to you?"

"WHY. WON'T. YOU. DIE?!"

And finally, "From where you're kneeling, it must seem like an 18-carat string of bad luck. But the truth is, the game was rigged from the start."

And as an added bonus, guess what games they are from[footnote]Two are obvious anyway.[/footnote] and get a cookie for your troubles.
2 is from Bioshock (Possibly 2) - Splicer
The third is Benny from Fallout: New Vegas, but I can't p[lace the first, despite the fact I know it really well.

OT: V's alliterative introduction from the film V for Vendetta (Not in the graphic novel though) is spectacular.
"Voila! In view a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the viccisitudes of fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valourous visitation of a bygone vexation stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violent and voracious violation of volition!

The only verdict is vengance, a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous.
[Laughter] Verily this vichysoisse of verbiage veers most verbose, and let me add it is my very good honour to meet you, and you may call me V."

I typed that from memory, so any misspellings are my fault entirely.

This entire conversation - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JvrIFIjTGt0

Also anything Mordin says in Mass Effect 2, but especially - "Flammable... Or inflammable. Forget which, doesn't matter" I love that line

"Now that the fluffy part is over, we can get back to the dismemberment. Oh wait, it's not Tuesday, is it?" - Alistair

"Alright, who ordered death?"

"Join us, brothers and sisters. Join us in the shadows where we stand vigilant."

"Some men struggle against destiny, only to have it swallow them whole. Then there are men who embrace destiny, and do not show their fear. These are the ones that change the world forever."

"Asschabs!"

All from Dragon Age.

Admit it. How can you not notice this in gears of war 2?
I love to say "Eat shit and die" when I play online and rape someone, or if I'm hanging with my buddies and I should trash talk (maybe we're playing super smash bros. melee). That one is a classic.

EDIT: oh in answer to your question, maybe I didn't notice it a lot because I didn't gun jam a lot ;)

"It's time to split!"

Awesome.

Also "Stop right there, criminal scum!" has stuck with me.

Pokemon
Nurse Joy, "We hope you come back soon" or something like that.
But does she have a vendetta against pokemon cause that sounds like she wants them to get knocked out every time.
Or portal "This is the Companion Cube"
oh how I miss that block of love

I used snippets of this speech in a play about an assassin for Freshman year drama. I got a wave of "Wows".

"This is Xerxes. TriOptimum reminds you that there are only one hundred, sixty three shopping days until Christmas. An extra work cycle just twice a week can give you the spending money you need to make this holiday a very special one."

"This is Xerxes. The deck 5 shopping area will be closed until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience. The family of the Many grows with every passing moment. Glory to the flesh, glory to the mass."

"This is Xerxes. Why do you persist in your lonliness?"
