I've once seen a game of Russian Roulette you could order on-line.
It wasn't with actual bullets, of course. It was a box filled with chocolate bullets.
You have to pick a bullet out of the box and eat it. Two of the bullets are filled with a red chilli pepper.
I think this is an awesome idea.
