Rich. Because good looks doesn't buy food or pay bills. Unless charm comes with being good-looking, then you can have them swooning enough for THEM to cover your money needs, but that comes back and bites you in the ass later.

Money on the other hand... Well besides that i can BUY beauty via cosmetic surgery if i truly wanted to, would my appearance really matter that much when im filthy rich?

Money all the way. Also screw that part about surgery, i've yet to see anyone who has had it done look more attractive.
