Probably rich, now a days girls seem to go more for the smarts, the money, and the amount of douche baggery rather than good looks.
It kind of depends on the amount of richness versus the amount of good looking, like a couple hundred bucks versus clear skin and decent facial hair (so balanced hormones at 17) I would go with the looks, but a few thousands dollars versus PERFECT tan skin, tight abs, silky smooth hair, top quality clothes, great bone structure... I would go with the money...
