Would you rather travel with The Doctor in the Tardis, or travel with Spock on The Enterprise?

Neither, Spock is on the wrong Enterprise. I'd be on Enterprise D making sure this happens.

Even without factoring in the life expectancy of redshirts, visiting any place at any time with the Doctor wins without a nanosecond of hesitation. (Also, if I suddenly felt like seeing the Enterprise, I'm sure the Doctor could arrange it...)

Ok, I don't watch either of these shows, but I think I'd rather be stuck on a starship than crammed in a phone booth with another guy (the Tardis is a phone booth, right?).
it,s actually a space/time travel machine disguised a police box (it,s huge on the inside)
I would say the TARDIS we can travel in both time and space.

Spock defiantly Spock messing with time would just be a pain in the arse also its running around some place most of the time with no idea where or what's up and what not
where as with Spock you get an interstellar starship and very little time travel and you know whats up whats going on and where and when you are

also Spock is rational and even keeled emotionally with the doctor you have no idea whats happening with him

An neither a fan of Dr Who, or Star Trek, I will choose the Doctor... He seems like a more interesting fellow, and as a kid loved the whole Tom Baker series! (Then kinda went off it as I grew older!)

Also get to spend a lot more time on planets... I'd get claustraphobic if I was stuck on an airship... Doesn't matter how big it is, its still on a ship with a lack of variety! I'd freak out!

Spock and the Enterprise baby. Those of you who say it doesn't travel in time, clearly you have never rolled with James Tiberius Kirk. To him, the time barrier is just the virginity of the universe...and he's Captain Kirk. Do the math.

My hat off to the Doctor though, he'd be a smashing dude to travel with, but I'm a Star Trek boy at heart.

i'd take the doctor... im not sure if he would enjoy the fact that my sense of adventure is very similar to his (hey that looks very dangerous, we should probably not go near it... *walks straight into the danger while cackling madly*)

I have one thing to say "Bean me up Scotty!"

Yeah I abit bias since I no longer liked Doctor Who but I would think being on the Enterprise would be somewhat safter compare to the TARDIS.
Ok sure I may encounter Klingon or some alien threat but at least I don't have to worry about messing with history, timeline or the Darlek or Cybermen.

I'd go with Spock.
Sure the Doctor can travel through all of time and space, but all time and space tends to mostly mean England between the renaisance era and modern day. Plus the Doctor's childlike demeanor and british sense of humor gets tiring after a while IMO.

Also, the Tardis may be bigger on the inside, but the Enterprise could comfortably fit 3 average sized baseball stadiums within it's saucer and includes hundreds of other people (including women) besides Spock.
ALSO, Kirk and Spock get to use phazers and kill things if necessary while (correct me if I'm wrong) but I believe the Doctor is some sort of pacifist.

he got the swimming pool right after Tennant regenerated into Smith.
It's always had a swimming pool and countless hundreds, possibly thousands of rooms. We just don't see them in the new series.

As I mentioned in an above post, the Doctor is the furthermost thing from a pacifist, he has the genocide of many species on his hands (admittedly all "evil"). He just doesn't like guns (and this varies on regeneration) as people who carry them tend to use them as a first resort. You being there as companion is partially to keep him in check.

Having not watched much watched star trek I have to say the Tardis. Aside from anything else, it just looks so much cooler inside.
