Hellgate London: Emporer Gulkar; nuff said.
Condemned Criminal origins: The final boss battle *you know the one*
Portal: The puzzles.
HL2 episode 2: The end twist
Indigo prophecy: This game was just a "WOW!!!" Game. if you havn't picked it up... what are you waiting for?!
Painkiller: Killing satan...
Call of Cthulhu: *only for avid cthulhu mythos fans* When Daigon makes the scene and this semi realistic survival horror forgets its meds and blows up a giant fish god with a massive artillery gun.
Dead Rising: the parking garage
FEAR: The nuclear blast ending was beautiful. (especially the twist which leads to extraction point)

I hate that so many people have that avatar now, it's confusing the hell out of me.

I'd have to say the most wow moment was at the end of GTA IV when niko talks about his eternal soul and everything, it was so touching. I just sat back and said wow.

Getting out of a car on HL2:E2.

Elucidate? Surely. I got out because the gnome had fallen out of the car. When I got out, some bizarre physics glytch occured and I found myself flung high, high into the game's stratosphere.

As Gordon Freeman's body finally landed with meteoric force on an invisible plain about two miles away from the car and several meters below ground level, all I could say was, wow.

That fucking gnome.

God of War:

Getting impaled from half-way across the world by Ares using a broken tree or something.
Fighting the Hydra for the first time.

Psi-Ops:

Getting the brain drain power and making heads explode.
Tossing guys into meat grinders with telekinises.

Devil May Cry:

Fighting the Volcano Spider guy in the first game.

Metal Gear Solid:

Cyborg Ninja and The Boss (easily the coolest female character of ALL TIME!).
The Vamp boss fight in 2.
The End boss fight in 3.

Rock Band:

Basically playing everything on Drums is some of the most fun I've ever had gaming.

Guitar Hero:

Beating "Six" on expert.
That one song you all know what I'm talking about.

Resident Evil 4:

Being decapitated via chainsaw.
Basically dying by any boss.
The first time I decapitated a guy with a suplex.
Mercenaries as Krauser, Hunk, or Wesker, using almost all melee moves.

Seeing the gears of war graphics for the first time.
Playing motorstorm for the firts time and narrorly dodging a debry spewing racing truck midair.
Gears of war beserker, first time.
Ending of half life 2 boooom- "time dr freeman?".
Ending of Half life 2 episode 2.
Highest point in assassins creed.
Mexican stand-off between sam fisher and shetland.
Sword fighting in assassins creed.
Prince of persia 3: visari speed kill to the end of the game.

Seeing the gameplay for Fallout 3 while watching it live on G4.

Plenty of others:
the open world in GTA4
the destructible environments and sound design in Battlefield Bad Company
seeing the facial animations in Half Life 2 for the first time
playing through Portal, really any time I play it.

Later on in the game, if you complete the Westside Rollerz missions you can call a number on the phone and you get zombie Lin as a homie. I called her and all she says is "Braaains". So she was following me in her shuffling fashion and i shot a guy and she runs over and starts eating the guy. That was a "wow.." moment.
