Wow... Dumb.

About sums it up. Seriously... Nobody has a sense of humor about this kind of crap, least of all the government.

Ten bucks says he was a Blood Elf Death Knight.
My blood cries out for the vengeance of my people's blood, which can only be repaid with twice as much blood! Or maybe three times as much blood! Like, if you went to hell and it was full of blood, and that blood was on fire, and it was raining blood, then maybe THAT would be enough blood. But, uh... probably not.

Quoted from the Blood Elf Mage hero in WC3:TFT.

Maybe he was playing on an RP:pVP server and just got a little too immersed in the game.

Oh you son of a...
Sounds more like an Ally thing though.

He just wanted the attention because clearly, he might have some psychological issue that the proper authorities just neglect.
Because hi-jacking a plane is a cry for help... Exactly how this has occurred through negligence on the 'authorities' behalf is beyond my understanding.

I hope they throw the stupid little shit into Gitmo and waterboard him to death.
No, don't kill him, he has his whole life to suffer the results of this foolishness. Suffering is better.

Why are people blaming MMO's or WoW? The guy's clearly just a bit.... mental.
WoW and terrorism? I can't see the link.
Dailies, dailies cause terrorism!

Recently, i started playing as a Holy Priest in WoW, and sometimes, when the raid leadear pisses me off, of i`m just bored, I pretend I`m having a heart attack at my PC, When the boss is at 4% of less of his total HP, with no phone and I stop healing and we all die (in-game).
Just for the fun of it.
So, I can say anything I want in-game and no one gives a fuck. They wips me, "Aren`t you dead or something?"
I don't know whether to pin the on you or not, because as a healer you are rare and should be protected.

The reason stuff like this happens is that society just sucks. People get beat up at school or what ever, and you know give the little guy a gun and he can take out that arse hole jock that has been ruing his life. Not that I am advocating anything like that. But people need to look at things like what happened at Columbine.. and not make more weapon laws.. but make it so there is no need for the weapons... although convincing some douche that is a bully in H.S. to stop being a prick is like telling him to forget how he was abused by his step-dad.. its not going to happen.
Don't bring your common-sense and life experience here, does this like a place of learning and understanding? ;)

This whole event will be funnier yet if the FBI discovers that the person making the threats through his character was his pissed-off little brother. The moral here - be nice to siblings, you never know how they can fuck your life up.
Dude, did I say this was my real life story? No, I am just trying to explain the mind's eye of someone that would possibly do something like this. But you're right, it would be funny if it was his little brother or something. And yeah, siblings can be hell.

There are some people who make me lose faith in humanity... it's pretty sad. How could someone be that stupid? It just shouldn't be allowed.

No goddamn way this is real, no way someone can be that idiotic. Who actually reveals their evil plans before they commit them, I mean c'mon!
Lex Luthor

Oh wait, you mean in the real world.

I was thinking more along the lines of a James Bond villain but this works.

He made the classic villain mistake-announcement before action.

This is why movie & computer game villains would never get far.

As for terrorists playing wow. Can you imagine a terrorist scout in a region like Afghanistan returning to find the leader playing wow? The leader insists he is swapping hidden messages via code with a cell in Europe, but the scout is not so sure. There seems to be a lot of leveling up and questing with the infidel. The glare of the laptop shines a dim light on the pleased face of the terrorist wow player. The cave is almost completely in darkness.

Fighting the great Satan AND stuff-questing/leveling up in the spare time? Oh those terrorists and their ambition.

That ending was so good.

It's good to see an asshole getting pwned even if he was likely just a (chat) troll. I wish the FBI would arrest more of them :p.
