Good god. Anyone here still has faith in humanity?
Plenty, mostly because I don't spend all that much time on the Internet. It's pretty much here, Slate.com, and the Straight Dope, relative safe havens of intelligence in a world full of WoW, Runescape, GameFAQs, and 4chan.

So trollin' trade does this now eh?
I wish that we could just call the FBI on trolls. :) That'd be nice. I guess this was a very special case, but still... it'd be nice. ;)

Would be hilarious to have an FBI guild, complete with suits, shades and whatnot, seizing players' avatars in WoW when things like that happen. Just for the lulz.

Then, while said avatar is being brutally interrogated, player looking on helpless from his PC, the FBI goons turn to the screen, big flashy text shouts:

"And real you is fucking Next!"

These stupid people make me wonder;

was Stalin really doing wrong, killing most of his people to give his people a better life?

lol, reminds me of a story I was told once...

A Palestinian family had lived in America for a few years, & the son went back to Palestine to visit family. When he got there, he called his dad back in America to tell him he had arrived safely, & just before he closed the phone, he said "Oh & dad, remember to watch out for that "THING" we left buried in the garden, ok?"

The father, not really understanding what, just said "Yeah, sure, ok" & closed the line. Next thing you know FBI agents are digging the HELL outta the whole garden, only to find nothing. Next day the son calls again & says to his dad "So dad, were you visited yesterday by our friends? KEKEKEKEKE".

I have seen a lot of news stories where stupid people have been identified as WoW players in the articles. What's the number now? Upwards of 10 million people playing WoW now? That's a pretty diverse pool of people. I think at this point we can stop labeling them as people who play a certain video game and start judging them on their more remarkable qualities like extreme stupidity.

Granted, it would be hard to leave WoW out of this particular incident, but to those who would connect playing the game with the stupid things that people do, I say YOU are the Blood Elf Death Knight.
