OK so last week i decided id roll an ally, so i could see the other side of the game(Night elf druid), but it seem that every time i'm in Stormwind the Horde is there to attack it. Is it like that on all realms?
(I'm on Black dragonflight)

The server I was on was heavily in favour of the alliance when I last played and so wasn't prone to that many attacks. The attacks that did happen were very short because we could pretty much lock them in the deeprun tram.

Raids on enemy leaders seem to spike for periods. For example, at one point the allaince was holding several raids a night on each Horde city, but it only lasted for a week before it became impossible to find a group again. I would imagine its peaking again because people want to get the achievements before they're banished to feats of strengh.

I don't really know. I played WoW for a bit, but I only really find it good while I'm playing it, I mean, when I'm not playing, I really don't look forward to playing, it only makes me want to play while I'm actually playing it. Its complicated but it makes sense eventually ;)

I was just there, and there were no attacks, however from what I can tell Blade's Edge is heavily in favour of the Alliance.

Are they getting rid of the For the Alliance/Horde? It doesn't seem logical since the faction leaders increase with each expansion, making them still a worthy foe regardless of the level.

OT: I don't notice Stormwind being attacked any more often than the others, but it still happens. Quite annoying when some horde douchebags camp the portal into Stormwind though.

I'm not sure if those Achievies are changing, but if the Dwarf, Orc and Tauren leaders are changing I would hope we would get something for slaying the new world order and keep the old war bear as a FOS. Also whenever I raided city leaders we never did just one, if we were going for Caine we would always say hi to Thrall for the lulz. I imgine the same would be for Ironforge and S'wind

Wasn't on my RP/PVP server, Twisting Nether.

My guild taking the role as a fast-response 'police' guild, however, we always got shout outs to come to Goldshire and take out a few Horde...that any of those tosser-duelists could easily have taken care of, but were too busy being asshats. Someone's gotta help the little guy.

We ended up getting so many calls, we transferred our guild base from Stormwind's Castle to Westbrook Garrison.

So, yeah, in my experience, Goldshire is the hotspot.

...Oh, and Proudmoore's Tower.

Perhaps... I can see it going either way in fact. Lets see what happens, I have the bear on the toon I really care about anyway.

Not on the server I play on (Velen), which is surprising considering that the alliance on Velen sucks in PvP. I guess the Horde players just got bored, and decided that slaughtering us in battlegrounds is good enough.

Back when I played it was the other way around on Greymane. The Alliance outnumbered and outgeared the Horde quite a bit there. My Horde server however (Emerald Dream, which is the one I primarily played on) was pretty balanced on factions, with the Ally's having a slight advantage in my opinion. So I would say it just depends on your server. And I think more attacks and all that happen if you play on a PvP server.
