I remember a thread about illegal immigrants where two users were in a fierce discussion. At some point the anti-immigration guy crossed the line and used some insults. The pro-immigration guy posted "REPORTED!" and the other one replied "DEPORTED!".

Funny shit.

That would be worth seeing. Also, to Ago Iterum, I was referring to the OP, which is what EVERYBODY should be doing, Report and move along, He will banned, just like everyone ELSE who has posted a thread like this, soon enough.

First, try to not skip words in you sentences. Failing that, how do you know he will get banned, just because you have a lot of posts you KNOW he will get banned

i'm not exactly sure who people are talking about, but if i'm going to get banned, im want to say that if anyone is mad at me over my post, then im sorry, i didn't think i would piss anyone off, so im sorry.

He doesn't need to be banned, he has had 7 posts, give him time, he may not make this mistake again. If he does, well, we gave him the benefit of the doubt and he blew it, ban him.

I agree.

We all made repeat posts when we were new, but eventually you get to know the rules.

The Escapist is pretty smart. It's not that we're attacking you personally, but most of us feel that topics and replies should be well thought-out and understandable (especially to read).
Now, you don't need to have a PhD in English to post, -Lord knows I couldn't spell my way outta a paper bag - but have some curtesy for those who will be reading your posts.

This is a really good point. I have awkward writing skills, so I sometimes come off as contradictory when I'm trying to make a point (I often use the term "serious gamer" which has since now become taboo from what I see). I try to make a good point, but I can't really do it that well. This forum is actually a great place to discuss the escapist itself.

This unusually neatly brings me to my next paragraph; the escapist. The people on here are smart; I've seen very few slathering trolls who don't know what their talking about. Yet with the lack of trolls comes the need to get that feeling of correcting someone who deserves it, which often comes of negatively. I get ragged on constantly by these types. Some people are nice about correcting me, which I enjoy because it doesn't affect me as much. All in all the escapist is my favorite forum because of these people; the good AND the bad.
