I'd give a big, ironic nod to an early graffiti artists and write "Everlasting" in perfect cursive.
If you're talking about what I think you are (was lit up on the Syd Harbour bridge on NYE '00 I think), it was a religious guy who did it in Chalk everywhere....I wouldn't count that as "grafitti" since it's easily removable.

That was probably him; the details elude me. I don't know the definition of graffiti, but I was always impressed with the ironic message, which intrinsically depended on the medium to have its visceral impact and oh god I've become lit teacher. I'll shut up now.

Someone runs around my city with 8-bit stencils of megaman and mario. So I have little blue 8-bit megas and red 8-bit marios all over. Its nice to see that even gamers get outside once in a while.

"And I know that the lift can be painfully slow, So I think I'll leave through the window" I know its way over but I would have to write that some where.

I like that one.

Probably something like, "I'M SO ORIGINAL".

I always wonder how people manage to do graffiti on some places without being seen.

Who says they're not seen? I wouldn't bother reporting a graffiti artist. I only think we should paint over bad, uncreative graffiti, and we won't be able to tell whether it's bad and uncreative until after it's FINISHED. If we interrupt them in the middle we'll never know.

I bet a lot of people think the same way, or don't even care that much. Cambridge is famous for its urban murals; some of them were deliberately commissioned by the building owners, but I bet not all of them were.

As long as the artists aren't seen by cops they'll probably have time to finish up and get out of there before anyone's motivated to do anything.

I've driven under a bridge on the interstate where there was nothing one night, then the next morning when I go by it again there's some elaborately drawn graffiti on it. I'm just curious as to how long it actually takes for people to draw some of the things I've seen, and how they do it without some prick who has nothing better to do with their time calls the police.

I love some of the things that are put on the bridges and buildings around here. Though of course we have those oh-so-clever people who do nothing but write "PENIS!" and leave it at that.

There's quite a few docos that show you graffiti artists doing their thang if you're curious. Basically it can take anywhere from a few hours to only a few minutes, depending on complexity, skill and the number of people involved. One video online shows an entire subway train in Austria I think being done in the few minutes it pulls up to a stop for. All it took was about 10-20 organised people.
