WRPG and JRPG ?

I play both. As of late (the last few years) I've been getting tired of JRPGs though. I still PLAY them in some kind of false hope that I'll enjoy them as much as I used to, but they're so very samey. Plus Dragon Age is phenomenal. However, Demon's Souls is amazing too.

I only ever liked Kingdom Hearts (best JRPG ever, makes FF look foolish) so yeah I guess I do

Because it is a lot more action oriented. Not to say that I don't like turn-based combat, I actually find it fun, but I have one problem with the guys at Square. The gambit system was absolute toss and the guy who thought it up should have been slapped for his transgressions. That system caused me great stress.

I love myself any kind of RPG, if I want to have an effect on the story, I'll pay a WRPG, if I want a more linear storyline in order to fall in love with the characters and narrative, I'll play a JRPG.

Also, MMO's are fun too. I rediscovered Guild Wars the other day after a year of inactivity, and I absolutely love it.

I play both but definately lean toward the JRPGs more often. although they arent even turn-based anymore, i miss that.
