honestly why? it combines objective based games with kill based games i thought it was one of the most original ideas they've ever done

I bought the hardened edition and it was damn worth it. Why? The Elite is cool when it works and I don't need to worry about DLC.

Would I renew my subscription to it? Fuck no, but please don't delude yourself, it's not a scam.

So I just turned on my Xbox expecting to make some kids across the country throw their controllers into their TVs and I find that the only game mode I played (mosh pit) is gone. I start searching the game mode list frantically only to find its alternative in the Elite playlist. Considering I haven't bought Elite yet (and was seriously debating whether I should or not) I was pretty pissed.

What ever happened to fan service like we get from companies like Valve. This was such a low blow by developers.

Go play Counter Strike...its like CoD....but its always the same and it has mods...and such.

See, you think you sound cool, but in reality you sound like "that guy" from junior high that walked with a strut, wore sunglasses indoors, and called everyone "dawg".

CounterStrike is a pile of shit. The mods make it anarchy, if anything.

Valve's "fan service" is releasing variants of Half-Life 2 with different textures and dialogue and covering it up with mod tools and retarded things like "Hat Trade".

I'm not saying it's a bad game mode, because it really isn't. I just don't like it, that's all. It doesn't fit my play style and on some maps it promotes too many shotgun rushers.

And I don't think it belongs in Ground War. Bigger teams combined with really not very big maps and small FOV always seems to lead to games were doing well just depends on luck.

I'm not saying it's a bad game mode, because it really isn't. I just don't like it, that's all. It doesn't fit my play style and on some maps it promotes too many shotgun rushers.

I find what pisses me off the most is not the game itself but the playstyle of the retarded teammates I usually find myself getting stuck with. 9/10 I float to the top of the game list and end up having to use stealthier classes while the rest of my team runs blindly into a spot full of campers.

I will say this about MW3, something I noticed yesterday. The range of weapons I'm good with is pretty limited when I compare it to Black Ops where I could use just about every gun and still dominate.
