Which one? there were literally about 80 "that scene" moments in that game, unless you count the Epic multi-part overlong wordy boring convoluted nonsensical bullshit cinematic saga they call an ending as a single scene. In which case there are only about 20.

Burning my town and house down twice in Minecraft

Building your house out of wood I can understand... but building it out of wood AGAIN after the first one burnt down? If you wanted to tempt fate, I can't really think of many better ways to do it :L

I built my immediate shelter into a little cave, and erected a small wooden door to prevent the worst of Hell's minions battering their way in (somehow). Shortly thereafter, a Creeper found its way to my little maison de grotte and stood outside of my door, hopping up and down like a toodler on a sugar rush. I made the mistake of moving too close to my door in an attempt to smite the little green bugger, but surely enough his fuse lit, and - more than aware of the Creeper's well-earned reputation for fucking everybody's shit right up - I retreated far into my cave.
BANG.
I returned, expecting the worst, but much to my surprise the Creeper's legendary 4x4x4 explosion... had destroyed my door, a single block beneath where it had stood, and nothing else.
What the hell?

Yeah that glitch always simultaneously struck me dumb and disappointed me because I was usually lining up the bastard in my sights when it shot outta there.

We can place bets. I like to think It's my suggestion because it's a series of plot twists that signal the end of reason and logic itself.

Nah... Hideo Kojima making plots convoluted is like water making things wet. I can almost always count on him for a nice break from reality. Although I guess there was a bit of a WTF when the game switched to Raiden in the first place.

OP: Assassin's Creed, the leap of faith...I mean sure from a height of ten feet maybe you don't break your neck, but most of those buildings were a good fifty seventy feet up, you'd totally die jumping into a cart of hay...I still loved that freaking game though.

AC2has bigger buildings. Seriously i nearly get motion sickness just watching him jump.

Haha yeah, totally forgot about AC2. I think I blocked it from memory since I got bored of climbing most of them.

Seriously, you walk around and BAM some...thing bursts out of an airvent and starts rushing towards you going "BLARRBBIIGGJIBBIJABJAB!!!" so you shoot its legs off, it starts dragging itself towards you, you shoot its head off, it gets more pissed off and comes quicker, so you empty the rest of the Plasma Cutter mag into its face and all the while your just screaming "WTF WTF WTF!"

Now, what if the Necromorphs were replaced by entirely human enemies?
If something has one arm intact and is dragging themself towards you trying to tear you apart with their one remaining bare hand while screaming its head off, but it was human, then that would probably more damn freaky than the slimey space zombie people...

...so yeah Dead Space is downright insane.

Yes yes it is...also gave me nightmares about zombies who'd come after me even even though they had no arms, legs, or heads...

Death charges from roof tops, into water, or down elevator shafts. It happened to me yesterday actually. I was playing as a charger, and had the perfect set up. No lag was to be found that day and it was glorious. I charge Francis, I hit him, but he doesn't go over with me. The charger, literally, pushes Francis directly to the right, instead of forward to his death. He rolled right off me even though I was directly in front of him, as if I were slippery. Must be all the infected goo.*raspberry* That was one of my more recent w.t.f moments.

Considering he was rebuilt with a few cybernetic implants here and there, it's possible he had to have a steel plate stuck in his bonce.

I loved that bit myself even though, as you say, it would be akin to nutting a brick wall with lumps of frozen Toblerone glued to it...
