It's obivous the lens is damaged in some way so your Box doesn't work properly anymore...i advise you to sack it and get a new one.

Yeah, call tech support

This is another one of those things. I would be more than happy to help you if you had taken the time to properly organise your post or at the very least check your spelling or type in correct English.

I see posts like this as a complete piss take. This message is just to inform you so you hopefully don't make these mistakes in the future.

Good bye.
Aww it wasn't THAT bad.

you could be boring and call tech support, or you could cover it in lighter fluid and burn it. It might fix it, you never know, and even if it doesn't you gave it a proper send off.
If you do get a new one, you should at least give this one a Viking funeral. It deserves that much surely

Are you sure the disc isn't broken, rather than it being a problem with the lens?

Look carefully at the centre of the disc and see whether there are any tiny cracks near the centre hole.

If there are cracks, even tiny ones, it will make the disc too loose for the DVD drive, so when it tries to spin the disc the disc slips, rather than spins like it should when it's gripped properly.

DVD's and game discs are easy to damage like this if you're too rough with them when you're taking them out or putting them back into cases, especially with the newer cases (or cases with more than one disc) which have a hard spindle which can easily crack warm discs.
