Gears of War 1? Worth getting, especially with the third on it's way.

There are some gems on the marketplace like Castle Crashers and Dante's Inferno is pretty good if you don't mind playing a re-skinned God of War.

Just go through the XBLA list, but other than that Splinter Cell: Conviction is good, as is Mass Effect 1.
