Halo Reach for £49.99?! It was £44.99 in stores on day of release you money-grubbing cunts!!

Just a rant, but the mark-ups for digital downloads are a little bit ridiculous!

No, you get the hell out. [http://www.game.co.uk/en/call-of-duty-black-ops-47422?pageSize=20&searchTerm=Black%20Ops]

But yeah, it's steep but eh, you can get it in a box with a disc for £15 nowadays. I think they've just forgotten about that price and moved, really. It was that price this time last year as well.

it's always the case with xbox marketplace and playstation store, you (for some reason) really want to play Mass effect 2 (for example) but the stores are shut, you're gonna pay through the nose to download and play now.

Even when you know you can pick up the game for next to nothing in store, the console store's are still charging you a fortune. Mass Effect 2 (I'm back to that example) is currently £22.99 on xbox, I picked it up in june for £6.99 (which included the Cerberus Network free downloads, unlike the xbox live version) they can get away with it, because at the end of the day it is your choice where you shop.

Yup, the Xbox Live marketplace is a joke when it comes to prices. Everything is stupidly high and stuff NEVER gets reduced (except for very rare and crap sales). Total waste of money.
