Maybe framerate issue isn't the right word, but there IS a stutter. Don't you notice how the game seems to stop for a split second when you shoot a zombie point-blank with a shotgun? Or when you toss a grenade into a mob?
Nope can't say I've ever experienced what you're talking about

You just be dissing my second favorite Wii game.
Can you point out exactly where I "dissed" DC?Oh wait I never did.I simply stated that,in my opinion,Overkill is a better game. You're the one who seemed to feel the need to prove my opinion was wrong by telling me how DC is superior in every way and trying to pass your opinions off as fact.

Thing is I actually enjoyed DC and it's predecessor Umbrella Chronicles.I just don't think that they're anywhere near being called the best games on the system and I believe that Overkill is better.

I already said earlier that if you believe otherwise then that's perfectly fine but please don't try to push your opinion as fact because that's how it's coming across. Now as far as I'm concerned that's the end of the matter

Got Xenoblade Chronicles quite a while ago (dusted the wii off for it) and all I can say is its a brilliant game. At first when I saw the first few characters I thought oh dear here we go again but they actually proved quite likeable and the story was great, the combat is nothing brilliant but its fast and fun the actual environments themselves are very well done probably my favourite in any RPG ever its very rare in a game I stop to look around at the surroundings but Xenoblade managed this in almost every new area even though the graphics arent top end.

Easily the best game on the Wii IMO followed by Mario Galaxy and The Last Story. I think I spent just under 130 hours on Xenoblade Chronicles and absolutely loved it. It has become my third favourite game of all time now and is the best RPG I have played in 15 years. Not everyone is going to like it of course (they never do) but If people go in with an open mind and play it they are likely to enjoy themselves.

My few annoyances with the game were sidequests most arent too bad but some are annoying as hell especially as the people dont stay still so you cant always find them if it dosent auto complete (thankfully most do), then there are the awesome environments the trouble is they are massive and it can take an age to walk to where you need to go even if you fast travel to the nearest landmark (this was rare though so only a minor annoyance).

The new game plus option is also a nice touch something The Last Story shares with it.

Why would you ever need to dust off your Wii? We're gamers. We game all the time.
Well, seeing as how some of us haven't played a Wii game in months, a bit of dusting off is warranted.

Also: One more week!

This thread needs a serious case of 'Dont Feed The Trolls' IMO

And to stay OT, Xenoblade Chronicles is a truly epic game I'd recommend it to anyone who likes JRPG's even slightly.

There is no excuse. And yes, this is exactly how I am. Nintendo built their system the way they wanted to with their own restrictions and strengths. Use what it has. If you have a problem with it, tough beans.
I'm not really sure it's tough beans, obviously he was able to hack it and get a better product then what Nintendo released. If you want to be the valiant ethical knight then don't mod your system, just don't feel the need to preach it to others since as you can plainly see no one cares.

Oh and the excuse would be "I can make my experience better", sure its not perfectly legal and may not be ethical to some, but its a pretty solid excuse.

Oh and Darkside Chronicles looks absolutely horrid, I don't own a Wii, but if I did I'd most certainly get Xenoblade (even if its not my favorite style of JRPGs, I'm more the NIS fan myself).

I certianly like it more than The Last Story.
Feels grander and has better music.
God I love the music that plays in the cutscenes.
I got more out of it than I expected. I haven't completed it, but I've got over 30 hours, and most JRPGs pull me with concept then bore me with everything else.
I definately like the way the story unfolds with the predictions.

Also, the game has slut armour for men.
At one point my best stat armour for males was to run around in boxers. And it was HILARIOUS.

It looks fun but I heard from some friend that it shouldn't have been on the Wii and should have been on the Ps3 and 360. Not sure about it myself but already have a large back log of gaes and I live in Ireland, I'll give this a miss.
Behold in glory as Jim Sterling has talk about this issue!

Sorry, just felt it was necessary to plug.

Ahem to that! Yeah I didn't like The Last Story game that much (way too linear and the story was dull).
Yeah the good thing about Xenoblade is that it got a wide variation of music so you will bound to find a music to your liking. That music you posted is one of my favourite too. (It's like an epic drama button you can press when you need it!)
Also ha yeah I remember those armours!
