He shouldn't get rid of them. I didn't exterminate my crabs - and I'm glad too. Now I keep 'em as pets. I've grown quite attached to the little creatures really.

I would have thought that would just be called lice.

I fell for the trap and googled it.

Crabs: Pthirus pubis

head lice: Pediculus humanus capitis

Both are treatable with shampoo and washing your linen and stuff. I do not think that Yahtzee actually has crabs but stranger things have happened.

I don't know the reason, but for some reason they can't live on your head. They can reside in chest hair, beards, arm pits even eye lashes and eye brows, but not on your head.
It seems like a weird specialization, but there are differences in construction of the hair you got on your head and the hair that grows other places.
