I'm not really sure how to answer. He does, but in a very round-about way. When writing reviews, I tend to put down some of my thoughts on paper, see what everyone else has said (which includes Yahtzee where possible), and make sure any of their criticisms don't jar any of my experiences that I missed out of memory and onto the page. Then I edit a little, clean up, then post my review. For the reviews which Yahtzee had a review, I'm usually in a pretty decent mood before I start writing, which helps.
As far as a direct inspiration, no. Yahtzee's style has intelligence, but neither poise nor tact. Where his vocabulary could power stronger, more literate reviews, he instead favors cheap jokes, teenage humor, and insult streams. It's a bit like the Roman Colosseum. Certainly the brutality has a form of appeal, but it just strikes me as too crass to be anything other than a cheap laugh once a week. Then again, I'm also not the type who watches Jackass. Yet, there is a market for it, so take of that what you may.
